Principal, Joseph Chan, has been trained as a commercial loan officer with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) for about ten years during which time he had been posted in Beijing, Hong Kong, Toronto, Vancouver, and Seattle.  After his first job as a career banker with CIBC, he joined Bayporte Financial, a mortgage banker in Foster City, from 1988 to 1996 before starting United Money Center.

Agent, Annie Au-yeung, graduated with a BS degree in Statistics and a BA degree in Economics from University of California, Davis.  She has been working with United Money Center and has been trained as a loan processor since 2005.  Now, she has become a loan consultant.  Even though she is relatively new as an agent, with her experience as a loan processor, she knows the whole process from filling out the application to the close of escrow.  In other words, she will monitor the whole process herself.

Agent, Lap-Chung Chan, graduated with a MBA degree in Finance from Louisiana State University and a BS degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University.  He has been trained as a Business Consultant with Asian Inc. from 1984-1985 which he had provided informative suggestions for Business Loan to Minority.  Then he joined Bentley Capital as Vice President from 1986 which specializes in SBA Loan to Minority.

Agent, Michelle Liu, graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.  She has been engaging in the real estate sales since 1990.  Shortly after the inception of United Money Center, she joined the team in 1998.  Her other work experiences include customer relations management, sales and marketing researches and international trade in the global marketplace.
